I am happy to say I have now been using CBD oil for nearly a month.  I started out with a small dose for first couple of weeks, and only once a day in the morning.  When I began taking CBD  I was having some significant pain in my back and legs.  I feel like the tincture of CBD reduced the inflammation, and therefore made my pain decrease with a relaxed feeling.  Nothing dramatic, very subtle overall release of tention.  So, now I have increased the dose to 1 dropper full of a 475 mg of CBD full spectrum solution, processed with ethanol extraction.  I went with this choice, and bought it locally from brick and mortar establishment, for it’s affordable price point.  The company Lazarus, chooses to keep their cost down to ensure those on a limited budget can afford to purchase.  I really liked this fact, because just starting to learn about the benefits, and only experimenting for myself, I did not want to throw a lot of money out yet!  I’m still not convinced that CBD tincture is the best method of use.  I have heard my friends say they have benefited more, received faster direct relief from using topical salves.  I intend to try the topical application the next time I get the chance. Thanks and have a blessed day

Hemp vs CBD Oil ?

Today I spent almost all of my day reading and researching hemp and CBD oil  products online.

There is an abundance of information out there.  I found a site called Healthy Hemp Oil,  that had the most readable and useful research all in one place. They review the products and also offer the products on their site.

I haven't ordered any as of now, but intend to give it a try.  Mainly for stress, and some joint pain.  I have a few friends that have gotten the results they were looking for in their choices.  Next week I will get on the band wagon, and give my opinion as I experiment.  I'd really like to become more knowledgeable so that I can recommend to those I know could benefit from a safe and honest company.  Until then Peace and Love

New Beginnings

And so it is over 10 years since I created this blog.  I did not know what to do with it, and life happens.  Now, I am intending to use this site again to hopefully share my interest, and resources that I have found to be helpful in my own life journey.  I continue to use aromatherapy daily, continue to learn and practice meditation, I have read books that renewed and inspired my interest in spirituality and my relationship with God.

I also would like to bring in to the blog some creative endeavors with freestyle quilting using fabric as paint. More to come on that subject.  Picture quilts of herbs and other beautiful and natural healing images.  Stay tune :-)

Thats all for now, just wanted a post that gives me a new beginning in this new to me platform once again.  My hope is that it will fill my heart with joy, as well as, anyone that this blog may find who shares a love of all things healing...thoughts or things.  Love, Peace, and Healing to All
